Membership in the foundation is open to the public. Anyone interested in joining the Foundation is encouraged to call the Foundation's Secretary for the date of our next General Membership Meeting.

Meetings are held monthly at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Atascadero on Morro Road just East of the Charles Paddock Zoo. The meetings begin at 6:00PM.
